Welcome to the website for the Ribchester Roman Museum. This site displays information concerning the Ribchester Roman Museum and its governing charitable organisation, the Ribchester Museum Trust.

The museum is dedicated to the Romano-British history of Bremetenacum Veteranorum, the Roman name for what is now Ribchester, a picturesque village in central Lancashire which lies on the river Ribble.
